Warriors get Revenge on the Saints

Senior Marten Morem was fantastic last night, he was 10-12 on field goals. Both misses being threes. Was also 2-2 on free throws for a total of 22 points!

After falling 79-75 early in January, the Caledonia Warriors finally got another shot at the St. Charles Saints.  This time; in a packed house, where the Warriors came out on top with a Sub-Section Championship victory, 99-78. 

Noah King scored a career high 34 points, 16 in the first half and 18 in the second half.  Owen King followed with 24 points after having 10 at the break.  Marten Morem was fantastic on the night going 10-12 on field goals, missing just two threes’s, going 2-2 on free throws for a grand total of 22 points.  Eli King had 6, Andrew Goergen had 5, followed by Noah Kearney, Jordan Burg, Austin Heim, and Riley Gavin all with 2. 

Caledonia will now play in the Section 1AA Championship on Thursday, March 15th at 7PM vs the Byron Bears.   The Warriors beat the Bears in Byron in late January, 76-62.  This will definitely be a fantastic game to watch!

Sophomore Noah King had a standout game last night with a career high 34 points. He was 3-8 on threes and 14-26 on field goals!
